Reviews

Our experience with the clinical team (Crissy, Lu, Pamela, Dr Cain) was incredible, but the corporate billing is a NIGHTMARE. We have a large credit on our account because we overpaid for our IVF services, and it’s been months with the refund team holding our money and not telling us when we’ll get it back. We started the refund process in December, and it’s now March with no end in sight. Can’t get a call back from anyone even when they tell you you’ll hear back within 24-48 hours, the billing department doesn’t even have a phone number to reach them directly so you just have to keep calling the clinic or customer service to check for updates, was promised a call back from the clinic director twice because I wanted to escalate our concern and still haven’t heard anything, and there is ZERO transparency with their billing practices all. When I asked a customer service representative for contact information to the director or clinic manager she told me she couldn’t give it out or she’d be fired. They also tell you to message the billing team in the portal but never answer those messages either so I’m pretty much in a constant communication loop of trying to get updates until this is resolved. I’m grateful the Atlanta clinic team was awesome, but I would STRONGLY encourage anyone considering Kindbody to be mindful of the challenges they may have with billing.

Chrissy is truly a light in that office. She is knowledgeable, patient, kind, honest. Dr. Cain is phenomenal, but you spend so much time getting scanned with Chrissy that she really makes the experience as close to pleasant as possible.

Dr. Cain and her team is wonderful. I've started my IVF journey back in September 2024 I traveled from Florida to start my journey! It was a long process but we completed the journey of being able to conceive my baby boy! From the traveling experience to the inhouse nurses Tracey and Pamela they are the best when it comes to communication and knowledge. Melody also good with communication. I would do this process over if I needed too! We enjoyed this office, very clean and it felt like home the entire time. Virtual visit with Dr. Cain were very informative she did not leave anything out! Thank you guys again for this wonderful journey.

This post is just for the billing department at kindbody and the lack of communication. I hit my out of pocket max and i continued to have outstanding bills. I tried to contact the billing department on several occasions and my portal messages kept being "resolved" without anyone talking to me. Now, I am planning to do my transfer and they have held my care due to an outstanding balance that I had been trying to resolve over the past month with no response. Now my care is being delayed. What a frustrating experiencing in an already stressful process. So disappointed in Kindbody. Kindbody needs to do better on communication and respond to their patients. Update: Regina, who is the clinic director at the atlanta kindbody office, was truly amazing at resolving this issue. She called me personally and I finally felt like a human. Thank you, Regina.

This was by far the worst experience. The receptionists aren't friendly or welcoming. Their phone number doesn't work so you can't just call to ask/ clarify questions. Dr Cain is barely available, you never get to see her. All they want you to do is to send all your questions through the portal, in which you might not be able to express everything. However, I would like to get a shout out to Lu and Pam for going above and beyond. These two were the best. Overall, my exprience was not the best.
