Pietro Bortoletto, MD

Pietro Bortoletto, MD, MSc, FACOG, is a reproductive endocrinologist, reproductive surgeon, and co-founder of Terra Fertility in Massachusetts. His clinical work combines fertility treatment with fertility-sparing surgery for complex reproductive conditions.

Dr. Bortoletto earned a bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from the University of Miami in 2011 and attended Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. He completed the integrated Obstetrics and Gynecology residency program at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital, followed by fellowship training at the Ronald O. Perelman and Claudia Cohen Center for Reproductive Medicine at Weill Cornell Medicine. He also earned a master’s degree in Clinical and Translational Investigation from Weill Cornell Graduate School of Medical Sciences.

His clinical interests include diminished ovarian reserve, recurrent implantation failure, recurrent pregnancy loss, endometriosis, uterine fibroids, and Müllerian anomalies. Dr. Bortoletto co-founded Terra Fertility in 2025 and serves as Interactive Associate in Chief for Fertility & Sterility and co-host of the F&S On Air podcast.
