Philip Lesorgen, MD, is a board-certified specialist in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the Fertility Institute of New Jersey & New York. Dr. Lesorgen completed Boston University’s combined liberal arts and medical program, earning his medical degree in 1977. He completed internship, residency, and chief residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, followed by a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital from 1981 to 1983. He began private reproductive-endocrinology practice in 1984.

His expertise includes ovulation induction, IUI, PCOS, recurrent pregnancy loss, IVF, preimplantation genetic testing, egg freezing, and reproductive surgery.
