About Peter Uzelac, MD
Peter Uzelac, MD, HCLD, is the IVF Laboratory and Medical Director of Marin Fertility Center. His work combines reproductive endocrinology, maternal-fetal medicine, clinical fertility care, and leadership of the embryology laboratory.
Dr. Uzelac earned his medical degree from St. George’s University and completed an Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at Loma Linda University–White Memorial Medical Center from 1998 to 2002. He later completed fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Louisville from 2006 to 2009.
He became Medical Director of Marin Fertility Center in 2009 and added the role of Laboratory Director in 2018. His areas of expertise include IVF, fertility preservation, egg freezing, in vitro maturation, assisted hatching, and embryo cryopreservation.
