Pavan K. Gill, MD

Pavan K. Gill, MD, FRCSC, FACOG, is a board-certified OB/GYN and fertility specialist at Reproductive Medicine Associates of New Jersey. She provides fertility care at RMA’s Morristown location and emphasizes personalized, patient-centered treatment.

A native of Toronto, Dr. Gill earned her undergraduate and medical degrees at the University of Toronto and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology there. She later completed fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at RMA New Jersey in association with Thomas Jefferson University.

Dr. Gill’s clinical and research interests include optimizing IVF outcomes through personalized protocols, recurrent implantation failure, PGT-A, mosaicism, male factor infertility, embryo transfer, and long-term outcomes in assisted reproductive technology pregnancies. She is board certified in OB/GYN in both the United States and Canada, holds Technical Supervisor certification from the American Board of Bioanalysis, and speaks Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu in addition to English.
