About Laura Spencer, MPP, ACC
Laura Spencer is a Vancouver-based certified fertility coach who provides judgment-free emotional support, practical tools, and research-informed guidance for people navigating trying to conceive, infertility, pregnancy loss, IVF, donor conception, egg freezing, LGBTQ+ family building, secondary infertility, pregnancy, and postpartum. Her work is informed by her personal fertility journey, including PCOS, male-factor infertility, IVF with ICSI and PGT-A, and OHSS, as well as a professional background in women’s health research and public policy. Laura is accredited by the International Coaching Federation at the ACC level and trained as a certified professional coach through Erickson Coaching International.
