About Rhiana Saunders
Rhiana Saunders, MD, is a reproductive endocrinologist at Aspire Fertility Houston, seeing patients in Katy and Willowbrook. She joined Aspire after 20 years of service in the United States Army Medical Corps, retiring as a colonel in June 2024.
She earned her medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine in 2004, completed a Gynecologic Surgery and Obstetrics residency at Madigan Army Medical Center in 2008, and completed a reproductive endocrinology and infertility fellowship at the University of Louisville from 2009 to 2012. She returned to clinical and academic practice at Madigan in 2012 and later directed reproductive endocrinology and infertility at Brooke Army Medical Center.
Dr. Saunders specializes in recurrent pregnancy loss, infertility diagnostics, IUI, ovulation induction, fertility preservation, IVF, frozen embryo transfer, ICSI, and fertility genetic testing. Her prior leadership expanded equal access to fertility care for single service members and same-sex couples.
