Linda R. Nelson, MD, PhD, FACOG

Dr. Linda Nelson, MD, PhD, FACOG, is a board-certified reproductive endocrinology and infertility specialist who has practiced in the Phoenix area since 2010. She is a Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Arizona College of Medicine–Phoenix. Her education includes a PhD in physiological psychology from UCLA, medical training at the University of Miami, an Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at UCLA Medical Center, and reproductive endocrinology and infertility fellowship training at UCSF.

Dr. Nelson’s research involved prenatal stressors and later endocrine responsiveness. Before joining the University of Arizona faculty, she held faculty positions at the University of Illinois Chicago and the University of Kansas Medical Center. She is active in reproductive medicine and medical education organizations and has received regional and academic teaching recognition.
