Iris Tien-Lynn Lee, MD, MSCE

Iris Tien-Lynn Lee, MD, MSCE, is an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a reproductive endocrinology and infertility physician with Penn Medicine. She is an attending physician in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Pennsylvania Hospital and the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and an attending gynecologist at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center.

Dr. Lee earned a bachelor’s degree in Neurobiology, cum laude, from Harvard University in 2012 and her medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine in 2017. She completed residency and fellowship training within the University of Pennsylvania Health System and earned a Master of Science in Clinical Epidemiology from the University of Pennsylvania in 2024. Her clinical interests include female infertility, amenorrhea, menstrual disorders, fallopian tube disease, PCOS, and premature ovarian insufficiency.
