About Dr. Ezgi Demirtas

Dr. Ezgi Demirtas is a general and reproductive gynecologist and an Assistant Professor in McGill University’s Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is also an Assistant Professor and staff physician at the McGill Reproductive Centre, where her clinical work focuses on gynecology, reproductive endocrinology, and infertility.

She earned her medical degree from Hacettepe University School of Medicine in Ankara in 1998 and completed residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Hacettepe University in 2003. In 2005, she became the first recipient of McGill’s Charles W. McDougall Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine.
