About David Cohen, MD, FACOG

Dr. David Cohen is Medical Director, reproductive endocrinologist, and infertility specialist at Pinnacle Fertility and the Institute for Human Reproduction in Chicago. He previously served as Professor and Chief of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Chicago and is known for individualized strategies in complex fertility cases.

Education and Training

Dr. Cohen earned a Bachelor of Science in Neurobiology from McGill University and his medical degree from New York Medical College. He completed an obstetrics and gynecology residency at SUNY Syracuse and a Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility fellowship at the Medical College of Georgia. As an NIH Reproductive Scientist Development Program recipient, he also completed advanced molecular medicine research at Cornell Medical Center.

Treatments & Specialties

He treats ovulation disorders, PCOS, blocked fallopian tubes, endometriosis, male factor infertility, and fertility preservation, and provides IVF with preimplantation genetic testing.
