Brenda S. Houmard, MD, PhD, FACOG, is a board-certified reproductive endocrinologist and infertility specialist with more than 20 years of experience in fertility care.
She earned both her medical degree and PhD in Reproductive Physiology at Ohio State University and completed fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Washington. She subsequently served for 15 years as an assistant professor at the University of Washington, where her work included patient and physician education, patient safety, and electronic medical records.
