About Anish A. Shah, M.D., MHS

Anish A. Shah, MD, MHS, FACOG, is a board-certified reproductive endocrinologist and infertility specialist with Shady Grove Fertility in Virginia. He earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia and completed both his obstetrics and gynecology residency and a three-year fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at Duke University. He also earned a master’s degree in health economics and clinical research at Duke.

Dr. Shah’s clinical and research interests include reducing miscarriage risk, improving treatment safety, medical genetics, embryo chromosomal screening, and reducing multiple pregnancies after IVF. He is trained in minimally invasive reproductive surgery, including laparoscopy, robotic surgery, and hysteroscopy.
