About Andrea J. DiLuigi, MD

Dr. Andrea J. DiLuigi is a lead physician at the Center for Advanced Reproductive Services and is board certified in both obstetrics and gynecology and reproductive endocrinology and infertility. She has specialized in reproductive endocrinology and infertility since 2004.

Dr. DiLuigi earned her medical degree from the University of Massachusetts Medical School and completed an obstetrics and gynecology residency at Women & Infants Hospital / Brown University. After practicing as an attending obstetrician-gynecologist in Rhode Island, she completed a three-year reproductive endocrinology and infertility fellowship at UConn Health and the Center for Advanced Reproductive Services.

She is an assistant clinical professor at UConn Health and has published and presented research nationally. Her special interests include IVF, ovulation induction, egg donation, and polycystic ovary syndrome.
