About Alice Shapiro, MD

Dr. Alice Shapiro is a reproductive endocrinologist and fertility specialist at RMA Northern California. Her approach centers on listening closely to each patient and developing an individualized treatment plan while helping patients feel informed and supported throughout fertility care.

Dr. Shapiro studied chemistry and biochemistry at the University of California, Santa Barbara, earned her medical degree at Tel Aviv University’s Sackler School of Medicine, completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, and pursued fellowship training in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at UCLA. Her clinical interests include diminished ovarian reserve, unexplained infertility, fertility preservation, PCOS, and care for LGBTQ+ patients.
