Everyone at the Fertility Center, from the front desk staff, to my specialist, to the surgery scheduler, was so kind and patient with me. The facility is very welcoming and clean. I feel that I am in good hands here!

Dr Yang has been kind, direct and so encouraging during our fertility journey. She updates notes and orders in real time, and listens to all concerns. 10/10 recommend!!

I wouldn’t not recommend, but I also wouldn’t recommend it either. I first saw Dr. Seifer, and that was my first mistake. He is the most condescending person. I switched doctors cause he was just utterly rude. I then switched to Dr. Frankfurter, and he was kind and answered all our questions with care and respect. His nurse, at the time, Amanda, was the kindest person ever. She made me feel so comfortable. When it came down to the actual treatments, you never see the DR anymore and only the nurses in the mornings. You are given a number and called by that number to go in. Appointments are every 5 min from 7–8:30a. I know they have a ton of patients to get through, but damn, could be a little more humanized. You get a message through MyChart after 1 pm with your instructions. They are very little instructions. If you have questions, and message back, they don’t answer. You have to call and then wait for a nurse to call you back. I’ve had to advocate and speak up for myself for medications I should have been receiving. Their billing is completely messed us. I was charged for things the second time around that I wasn’t charged for the first time. I call and ask questions, and the lady tells me I should have been charged all along because I was “consulted” by a doctor to answer questions, when I never saw my doctor ever again. In the end, I did get pregnant, but had I had the choice, I would have chosen another clinic to go to. I didn’t hate my time there, all the nurses and staff were kind. They just should understand that women enter their clinic at the most vulnerable time, and a little reassurance or humanization couldn’t hurt.

I had such an amazing experience at Yale fertility in 2024. Amanda RN and Dr. Frankfurter treated me with the upmost respect and both were very attentive to me. I felt like nurse Amanda took the time to fully explain my treatment options with me and made sure I fully understood my plan of care. She was extremely quick to respond and would always call if I needed to speak to her on the phone. I would recommend Yale Fertility to anyone! Thank you again Amanda and Dr. Frankfurter!

Worst healthcare experience of my life. Do not come here. Actually — run for the hills from this place. Fertility is the most vulnerable women’s health experience and this place is traumatic…they treat you like a number, animal and a burden. I thought after their criminal case (look it up if you don’t know - it’s disgusting) that they would have their operations and care in tip top shape, but NOPE they DO NOT. From mishandled test, differing opinions, cold doctors, nurses, administrative staff and the general bleak environment of the building, the whole experience was horrific. I’ve never felt more alone, dehumanized and confused within the medical system than in my time here (I am also a competent graduate student studying public health which is saying a lot). I talked to the head of the clinic after my experience and all he had to say was “yeah we get that a lot.” DO BETTER????????? Also — months later I get a $4,000 bill in the mail for genetic testing that I was told was ‘covered by my insurance’ and most definitely did not consent to paying. Not only was the clinical care shit but so is their financial department too obviously. PS I won’t be paying that bill!
