Women’s HealthCare of Dothan

I transferred to this clinic from an office in Florida because I moved back to the area. I have never seen these physicians for anything other than pregnancy care so I cannot speak for their other services but as far as prenatal care goes, they are fantastic! My first appointment here was for my anatomy scan - I was on time but my boyfriend was going to be late and he likes to be there for the ultrasounds, they let me be skipped until he got there and when it looked like he was going to be extremely late I went back and the ultrasound tech took extra time with us so that he was able to see her when he got there (she also gave us free samples! :)). I have since been going through the rotation of doctors and now have appointments every two weeks. So far I adore each of them and cannot wait to go through the labor experience at Women’s Healthcare of Dothan.

Melissa Heath is a very kind, knowledgeable and patient doctor. She was so adamant about helping and making me feel comfortable the entire visit. She explained throughly and precisely with everything I needed to know about my appointment.

I was scheduled for an appointment with Dr. Dozier and when I get there for my appointment they tell me the Dr. Retired last minute and they tried calling me, I looked back on my call log and I was at a Dr’s appointment when they called I called them back and the girl told me they were just confirming my appointment. I asked the office manager if they scheduled me with another Dr. She told me they are booked out and could put me on a waiting list, she was NOT polite at ALL!! I wouldn’t have been there if I didn’t NEED to see an obgyn!!!

I have been a patient at women’s health care for 40 years. Dr Martin my first doctor was amazing. Upon his retirement I started seeing Dr Butler for the past years. Dr butler is very kind and caring. It is truly a blessing to have a compassionate doctor who listens and helps me succeed with my overall health.

All the doctors at Women’s Healthcare are amazing! Dr. Johnston has been my doctor through two high risk pregnancies. I trust her more than any other doctor I’ve ever seen. She always listens to my concerns and truly cares for my wellbeing. She is the BEST! The ultrasound techs, lab techs, and nurses are all great. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
