I saw Dr. Bakkensen for my fertility concerns and issues at Women and Infants fertility center last year. She was a wonderful provider! I never felt rushed during our appointments together, and she always spent plenty of time with my husband and I explaining things and going through the options and possibilities. She has fantastic bed side manner and after a successful surgery with her last May, I am now expecting my baby girl this June! Thank you Dr. Bakkensen for your exceptional care!

Horrible place to go for Fertility help! Appts are super far out and when needing to reschedule they give you a F/U - month or two afterwards. They also refer to other clincs that are also Horrible in scheduling for other procedures and calling you back. At this point I have over 8 months since August being a Patient and just WASTING MY TIME and efforts . Met my doctor twice and not one single thing was accomplished with getting on the right tract to getting Pregnant! Ridiculous honestly. Horrible place to go and they never pick up the phone. I would advise you to NEVER book any appts here

I have been a patient of Dr. Bakkensen for a few months now seeking infertility treatment after a number of obstacles. I was honestly hesitant to use this practice given the really negative reviews but driving to Boston to the other regional facilities for the IVF treatment program I required would be really difficult to manage so I decided to give it a chance. I am so incredibly impressed with Dr. Bakkensen and all of the staff. I highly recommend both her and this center. Thus far, it has been really refreshing (especially during this difficult time) to find such wonderful care and positive experience.

This facility has serious co-ordination issues. Everytime you think maybe this is 1 of scenarios and can be ignored; but over 5 different times gap in scheduling or delaying things, that’s something they need to work on. Co-ordinators sometimes have their own interpretation of process which differs from what Doctor explains. They are suppose to support patients, and not to give them stress for follow-ups and delays. 🙁 Nurse and staff are very cooperative & try hard to keep pressure off patients “once they get engaged”, so Thankful for there sincere efforts.

I was a previous patient and since both doctors left, I somehow am yet again considered a new patient and have to go through the impossible new patient line. There is no actual way to speak with someone and only the option to leave a voicemail. It's has been several weeks and I have heard from no one despite leaving messages and even having my obgyn office send over multiple referrals. Completely unacceptable. I even had scheduling issues for my tests when I went there before resulting in a delay of an extra month. I only tried this place again because my insurance company covers it but I will now be spending thousands of dollars to get some tests done at another facility...where they actually pick up the phone and give a damn.
