I do not recommend this facility. We had 15 minutes appointment for 13 weeks ultrasound. The bill is 3x more than average in area for single ultrasound without complications.

This location is unlike any other ultrasound appointment I have been to (in a quite unappealing way thus far). First impression - waiting room is SMALL. Seven chairs and it’s hardly larger than my one year old’s bedroom. I had to stand for the first few minutes after arriving until space opened up. The front desk checked me in promptly, but after finally sitting down I heard one of the front desk ladies rudely correct her coworker about how they are unable to do mammograms for a patient they had on hold, since she was not pregnant. It was so unprofessional that the other woman in the waiting room gave me that look like, “are you hearing this too?” The front desk lady wouldn’t even give the patient a phone number for central booking. She rudely told the patient, “you’d have to look it up.” I know she has access to this phone number. I’ve currently been waiting 37 minutes past my scheduled appointment time and counting. 5 stars for my ultra sound tech who was so sweet and professional!!

1 star is to much for this place. After my appointment being canceled less than an hour before, I come to my rescheduled appointment and the receptionist had no clue of my appointment. Really?!?!? Had to explain multiple times THIS is my appointment.At that point I almost walked out. Once she was convinced I had an appointment, made me fill out all the paperwork again. Waited 30 minutes before being seen. After the appointment was over , the same receptionist had no clue how to even schedule an appointment. How about hiring people who know how to do their job and not worry about eating their Starbucks and talking about pets. I also agree with the other reviewers , they PUSH IVF HARD. it’s because they want their numbers up. My advice, you are your only advocate, please make sure to stand up for yourself and not let them take advantage of you.

I truly can't say enough positive things about this fertility clinic. My husband and I were unsure of the seemingly-lengthy journey and experience ahead as we started to look into unexplained infertility, and so my friend recommended we visit this clinic to start learning more. She had gone through IVF and had amazing things to say about the staff here and at Beachwood. We began with a few appointments with the doctors, and dove into IVF once we got the green light. Every person we've interacted with here has been so professional, dedicated, and communicative. I especially wanted to thank our nurse Becca who led us step by step and was always available for my phone calls. Additionally, the team who conducted our retrieval and transfer were amazing! We're so unbelievably happy things turned out so well with our newest addition of our baby girl in our family. Thank you so much for everything!

This place is criminal. From the moment I walked in I had a bad feeling. They told me they were running 30-40 minutes late to start. When they took me back the US tech seemed only concerned about trying to find a reason to get me back in for another ultrasound on two weeks and every two weeks for the rest of my pregnancy. She tried to make me feel like my primary OB was not caring for my pregnancy properly in regards to more scans. She told me I needed a vaginal scan too, which I was unaware of but in the moment I felt like I had to do it. Then the doctor came in completely unprofessional. Shirt untucked, hair not combed and mumbling before the door was even shut what my results were. He seemed to say everything was fine and normal with a weird joke or two. He then proceeded to tell me I should come back in two weeks. For the second time I was being told to come back and I thought it was so odd until I got my bill. I understood after this visit would end up costing me $1,600 why everyone in this office tried to find a reason to schedule you every two weeks!! Next time I will refuse an ultrasound here, I can’t believe this appointment will cost me more than all the care in the hospital for a newborn. Terrible experience and I really don’t trust these people at all. The only thing that would make this better in reimbursement.
