Expect to wait for an hour almost every time you come in. Everyone in the waiting room complaining and said it’s been this way all day again today. Maybe food doctors but they clearly think all their time is much more valuable than yours. Much better options at Cedars or elsewhere.

This has been my experience too many times here so I had to leave a review: I checked in on time and waited exactly 90 minutes before the doctor came into the room. My appointment was 10:30am, I saw her at 12:00pm. That is unacceptable. I wasn’t put into a room until 11:15am. Thinking I was going to see her within the hour of my scheduled time or shortly after being put in a tiny room. To be there that long is again UNACCEPTABLE. I have a full time job in healthcare, and it’s already hard enough to get an appointment in this office that works with my schedule, so please RESPECT my time!!! I can't afford to be out of office for 2 hours time. Or if you know you’re running behind, call me to come later so I am NOT WASTING TIME!! And I was even more upset that NO ONE said "sorry for the wait" followed by an explanation of why I am waiting so long. Disrespectful! Sadly this is NOT my first time dealing with this. This has happened to me on 3/3 of my visits here. This experience being my longest wait!! DO BETTER UCLA! However, I will be leaving this office once I get my results.

I have a problem with the scheduling. 1. It takes over 5 weeks to get an appointment and then you have to take whatever day and time you get because the next one may not be for another few weeks/months. 2. I come in at scheduled time and not seen for 90 min!!!!!! No explanation. I understand waiting 30ish minutes but dang near 2 hours and NO ONE HAS SEEN ME IS RIDICULOUS!! I should have been scheduled later if this is how you operate. Wasting my time, wasting my work time!!! Very frustrated with this system.

Google Maps does a GREAT job getting to all the medical plaza entrances AND the parking is conveniently ahead to the left. Look for that opening for the BELOW GROUND PATIENT PARKING. You pay $15 up front to enter lot, a tolerable price for convenience.

I’ve had my appointment pushed back TWICE now. I scheduled one in March and they told me the next available one is on December 14th. I have to wait 9 months to get an appointment only to get a call today (3 weeks before my appointment that I have been patiently waiting for) saying the doctor will be out for vacation and won’t be able to see me until February. So I have to wait almost a whole year just to get an appointment. Absolutely ridiculous. I waited all this time just to have this doctor make me wait more. I would give this zero star if the receptionist wasn’t so nice on the phone. Other than that I can see why there are so many poor reviews. Seems like the doctors here care less about your health or needs making you wait almost a year. This is completely unacceptable, so unprofessional, and disorganized. UCLA do better.
