Reviews
I have been seeing Ellen for weekly acupuncture treatments for the past few months. It took a little while to start seeing results, but once I did I was amazed at how much better I feel overall. I would highly recommend.
I would guess they put the needles in the exact same places for every person. Regardless, the treatments were relaxing and good despite the missed opportunity where they could have treated my other ailments had they asked a single question about my digestion or physical body. Kind of a factory feel, like Boston IVF. I would go back maybe out of convenience, but I much prefer my primary acupuncturist. Pros: -convenience (unless your transfer is scheduled before 9:15 am, they you go the night before) -experience with fertility -clean -people always answer the phone -relaxing Cons: - scheduling is completely separate from Boston IVF - no online scheduling - the yoga classes and other groups schedules aren't even shown on the website so it's impossible to sign up for anything - they don't bill your insurance ($80 per session) - they don't ask about medical history or non-fertility symptoms so they don't treat anything other that IVF -they don't explain what the needles are doing -one of the acupuncturists seemed oddly way more interested talking about her career path and her credentials (because she's a teacher?) and in learning about my primary acupuncturist's bio than finding out how she could use her skills to help me. 🤔
