I had a great experience at Spring. Dr. Wang, my doctor, was professional, kind, and informative. My appointments were always on time and convenient, which I really appreciated. As this was a new experience for me, I had some natural concerns, but the team did a good job of addressing my anxieties and providing support every step of the way. Can't recommend Spring enough. I did my egg retrieval and 2 transfers with them, and I've enjoyed every bit of the experience. The team is knowledgeable, on top of everything, and appointments happen on time every time! I've referred many friends and couldn't recommend it enough 🙂

We have so many amazing things to say about Spring Fertility! Their office in SF was super convenient for us, the nurses and patient advocates are incredibly responsive and supportive through messages, appointments were almost always exactly on time. Dr. Tran was a great fit for us - kind but no nonsense, which made for a very reassuring experience. Fertility treatments can be stressful but Spring’s professionalism and empathetic approach really made it a much more pleasant and personal experience.

I'm a resident physician at a nearby hospital system and I chose Spring Fertility because their published internal success rates are higher than the industry average. Dr Angie Wang was my primary provider, but because of my resident schedule, I ended up seeing 5 different providers for my egg freezing. She coordinated the whole thing effortlessly, and if I did have any concerns (since I didn't see her in person that day), she would call me via phone even without my asking her to. She was wonderfully flexible, adaptable, and communicative. I even left town for one weekend, and she advised we shift my start date to accommodate that. In the end, my egg retrieval results were 2x what I was hoping for. All I had to do was trust Dr Wang's process. One thing that I struggled with was with the nursing staff/finance department staff. Sometimes I found it hard to get a direct answer from them (like when might my anticipated procedure time be, or can I get an itemized receipt for insurance reimbursement purposes). The staff immediately responded when asked a question, but sometimes they would defer giving me a real answer, or defer giving me a receipt. All the doctors I met are great though! They also have a special discount for resident doctors! Addendum 7/1/24: the finance department did not give me a correct itemized bill so now I'm on hold for reimbursement. Addendum 7/2/24: they got back to me with an updated receipt and were very responsive. My reimbursements have gone through without any issues!
