Our IVF journey with Dr. Danzer and the entire team at SCRC was nothing short of incredible. From start to finish, they made the entire process seamless and smooth sailing, ensuring that we always felt informed, supported, and at ease. What sets SCRC apart is their holistic, all-in-house approach, which made everything so much more convenient and stress-free. Every visit felt like we were in the best hands – the team was always kind, polite, diligent, efficient, on time and truly a pleasure to be with. I felt comfortable and completely trusted them throughout every step of the journey. Dr. Danzer, Stephanie, and Mae were especially wonderful –uplifting, reassuring, and always there with warmth and encouragement. Their care made such a lasting impact that I knew I would miss them once we graduated to our OBGYN. I genuinely look forward to returning for Baby #2, and I highly recommend SCRC to anyone embarking on their fertility journey. This team is simply the best!

Although the team at SCRC is great, the embryology clinic they partner with, ART Reproductive, is the absolute worst. No one ever answers the phone and if they do, they don’t know how to help you. They will forward your call to someone’s voicemail who never calls you back. I’m left wondering in anyone actually works there and how it affects the quality of the embryology systems. I’m shocked that SCRC would continue to use them when they can’t rely on them. I’m regretful I had my donor eggs shipped there and wish I would have chosen another clinic.

I am deeply disappointed with my experience at this clinic. After undergoing failed 2 IVF treatments, I encountered multiple issues that left me frustrated and upset. First and foremost, the communication was abysmal. No one ever answered the phone, and I left multiple voicemails over the course of few days before my call was returned. On top of that, the billing department is a total mess. They have been completely disorganized in tracking payments and invoices. Despite paying bills on time, they continually applied payments to the wrong dates of service or failed to properly record payments altogether. As a result, I get random invoices from them I thought was paid months after services were performed. I had to waste hours trying to resolve discrepancies that should never have existed in the first place. It feels like there is no system in place to manage finances or provide clear communication about billing, which only added to my stress during an already challenging time. If you're considering IVF here, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The lack of support and disorganization is unacceptable, especially when dealing with such a sensitive and costly process. I expected better care and professionalism.

Writing to express my disappointment with this place. If you are planning on egg retrieval please beware, this place will over medicate you for no reason. They barely explain any of your lab results or why they are giving you medications. I had to pay money for unnecessary labs and appointments. Please beware, they are not transparent with the financial process and you will get billed for procedures that they claim are "outside" of their packages. The coding behind these bills are extremely questionable. For the last year, I have been getting several bills with different amounts for so called procedures that they claim i received. Its a nightmare to say the least. Save yourself the headache and go to a place that cares about you and can explain things clearly. It seems that there is a huge incentive for profits over people's care. I went to a different place for another round that spent time and explained the process very clearly. Additionally, there was transparency with billing as well. Save yourself the headache.
