This is the worst fertility clinic I have been to, 8 years they scammed me IVF and IUI by performing a fake procedure on me and I lost thousands of dollars and I live to regret till now, went to a different clinic and the procedure was performed the right way compared to this i institute that scammed us!!

Disappointed that we were brought in only to receive an email a few weeks later that the Dr is retiring. We drove a couple of hours for our first appt. If he knew he was going to be retiring, they should not have accepted new patients. However, staff and Dr were great.

STAY AWAY! This has been my worst ever experience with any doctors office. Always overbooked and running extremely late and poor communication. The doctor goes on vacations that last over a month regularly without informing patients and put you on pause with your treatments until after he comes back. I was going through ivf and he left for a vacation less than a week after my retrieval. This was not something I was informed of prior and I had to wait over 3 months to do a transfer because he was gone. Same issue happened about 6 months later when he went on another vacation for Christmas and the office told me I would have to wait 2 months.

Yesterday was my first visit and I was so nervous going in but as soon as I walked in we was greeted and made us feel so much better! The staff is so so sweet!! It felt like family! Everyone was so sweet and caring! You don't find that often in the world we live in! Dr. Edouard was truly amazing and very professional! We have been trying for so long and all we can do is pray and hope for our miracle ❤️🍍

Dr. Servy and his staff are wonderful!! Each person makes you feel like you have been with them for years versus just another patient, which makes difficult situations easier to deal with. All of our needs are met quickly and any issues are addressed with such compassion! I would highly recommend this office.
