Dr. Mroueh is an excellent doctor. He was thorough and professional but also incredibly warm and kind. The nurses are awesome too as well as the receptionist. You can tell that everyone really cares. I now have a healthy, beautiful 17 month old baby boy. I have this place to thank. Going through fertility treatment is hard so you need to have a good team behind you, this place is the real deal.

I’m a three strikes and your out type of person. I like to give everyone the benefit of the doubt but when it’s costing a lot of time, money and especially heartache I should’ve ran after the first appointment. First appointment the doctor questioned me about me getting help for my alcohol abuse and why I didn’t tell him I went to treatment in the past. I felt like I was being scolded over going to treatment and getting help and when we left the room he said to the nurse “I guess we’re going through with it”. He made me feel so bad about myself for getting help when why should anyone ever feel like that to better their lives. Next thing that happened is they cancelled my transfer the day before because the doctors got Covid and never refunded any money or even offered to cover the next transfer. All they covered was 1 medication. After our second transfer and second chemical pregnancy I called them to see what the next steps were and if I had to stop taking the medications and they didn’t get back to me til 7pm, I got the results of the miscarriage at 1pm. 6 hours of waiting to hear back from them and I called them twice to see what to do. It seemed like they didn’t care at all. The whole experience felt very cookie cutter to me, like they don’t take into account that every person is different and may need different tests done. Went to a new clinic and they found a polyp right away in my uterus. I debated sharing this but I also don’t want another person to have to go through this.

I have been coming to Rochester Fertility Care for a couple years. I first saw Dr. Hayes who helped me get pregnant with my son and after she retired I primarily saw Dr. Mroueh. I have nothing but positive things to say about the office and doctors. All of the staff is very kind and welcoming. I never wait more then a few minutes for my appointment. They are very accommodating with appointment times too. Dr. Hayes was wonderful so I was sad when she retired but Dr l. Mroueh is equally as wonderful. I even saw Dr. Klein a few times and he is very kind and compassionate as well. The reason I chose this office was I had heard that they treated you like you were more then just a patient and really care about you and that has been my experience.

I had a wonderful experience with this office. I started my fertility treatment in September 2020 and got pregnant in January 2021. (Currently 14 weeks!). Dr. Mroueh is the most compassionate doctor I have ever met. He is just so genuine. And, I'm telling ya... the man can make miracles happen. The entire staff is just phenomenal. They're all so very accommodating with last minute appointments/questions/medication changes. I will, for sure, be back for miracle #2.

My first appointment was with NP Kate and I thought she was very patient, knowledgeable and kind. I didn’t feel rushed like I did with every other doctor. After getting pregnant shortly after my first appointment, I started to see Dr. Jamil Mroueh and I think he reflects the same energy that Kate does. Extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind. I was worried about starting with a male doctor but honestly he is the best doctor I’ve ever had. I can’t say enough good things about my experience here. Also, the office is very clean, never cramped busy and I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes for an appointment. They’re the best!!
