Dr. Setton and his team (Sarah, Ada, Kaila and many more) at RMA of NY - Brooklyn were nothing short of incredible throughout our IVF journey. It wasn’t an easy path, and there were moments of doubt, but they never gave up on us. They were always transparent, offering clear guidance, and incredibly responsive to my million questions and emails, while being so supportive and empathetic. Their positivity and encouragement helped us stay hopeful during the tougher times. Thanks to their dedication, expertise, and genuine care, we’ve finally reached graduation day. We will be forever grateful for everything they did for us and highly recommend them to anyone facing the IVF journey.

RMA was a great experience for me, personally. Dr. Jackson-Bey’s bedside manner was a 12/10, and has such a calming presence that you feel truly taken care of. Her team was very communicative, calling after every test result, with a follow up email. Sometimes the wait would be long, but other than that, very positive experience.

My husband and I love this clinic, since starting my journey last year I have met my wonderful doctor Rachel Danis, along with others but she is my number 1. She has incredible bedside manner very kind, gentle explains everything. The ivf nurses explain if needed 10 times if something isn’t clear and are there to answer any questions you may need! Looking forward to my fertility journey with this clinic! Shout out to Octavia at front desk who remembers my face and name every monitoring appt!

My experience with Dr. Tia Jackson-Bey was top notch! I recommend her hands down! Dr. Jackson-Bey exercised an amazing amount of empathy and has most excellent bedside manner. Often times, the fertility (or infertility) experienced can feel a little static and like you’re not a patient, but just a number. Not with Dr. Jackson-Bey. She always took the time to truly listen to me. Every time I saw her it felt like I was her only patient that day. She is clearly very passionate about what she does but is also clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. She was always so patient in listening to me and answering my many questions. You won’t go wrong with Dr. Jackson-Bey!

After a horrible experience with another fertility clinic, RMA Brooklyn is definitely a dream come true. The staff is AMAZING. The staff at RMA have approached my journey with so much intention and care. The entire team has made this process comfortable and, overall, just a bit easier. At the front desk, Octavia always remembers names/faces and provides a personal touch to every arrival. Shoutout to Alexis; I am always happy to see her in the mornings for a quick laugh or check-in as she escorts me to my room. Dr. Jackson-Bey is irreplaceable. Her care, attention to detail, skill, and, most importantly, warmth -- along with that of her team — has been great.
