A fertility journey is not one that you normally want to be on. However, the staff at RSC made this seemless and took the stress out of each step. From being assigned a caseworker to manage all appointments to quick communication during all stages, we were beyond impressed by the process here. We were part of the lucky few to have success with Dr. Rosenbluth and would highly recommend him and his staff!

We used RSC to have our son. I am leaving a 1 star review to warn others about our poor experience with “mistakes” on billing: We were charged thousands of dollars for storage of sperm and embryos long after we notified RSC we did not wish to continue using their storage system. We had such great difficulty dealing with RSC over the phone that we drove to one of their satellite offices to physically remove the samples ourselves as it appears their is a great deal of incompetency dealing with the matter over the phone or through emails. As I write this review with no samples in their possession I received another bill for storage services and a warning letter to pay for their “service” or be sent to collections. We have no samples for them to store so this is either a mistake / incompetence or fraudulent behavior. I am a physician, and I understand very well how a medical clinic operations is complicated. I am afraid this reflects poorly on all parties involved in RSC and thus justifies my warning and 1 star review.

Thanks to Dr.Hinckley and her team we had our first baby this year! Everyone at RSC always treated us with so much compassion and care. We had such a beautiful journey because of their incredible knowledge, skills and patience. Special shout-out to our case manager Tanna Stimson who I relied on like a dear friend during those anxiety filled months. We are so grateful for the wonderful people at RSC!

I had a successful IVF experience at RSC and am incredibly grateful to the doctors and nurses. They provided excellent medical care, were compassionate, and made me feel supported throughout the process. However, my experience with the financial advisor and billing department was extremely frustrating. The financial advisor was unprofessional and had limited knowledge of insurance and out-of-pocket costs, which led to confusion and unnecessary stress. Additionally, the billing department was not helpful and difficult to get ahold of, making it even more frustrating to get clear answers when needed: The lack of professionalism made an already emotional process even more difficult. If you’re considering this clinic, I highly recommend their medical team, but I suggest double-checking all financial information, asking detailed questions, and keeping thorough records to avoid confusion. Would I recommend this clinic? Yes, for the medical care. But the administrative side needs serious improvement!

Positive experience with Dr Mary Hinckley and team. We had a long fertility journey through our mid 30s to mid 40s, but ultimately have 2 girls, 4 years apart. We were treated with respect, care and kept informed. With our team we made good decisions navigating uncertainty that fit our finances and goals. Pick a clinic based on their lab, and caring providers you trust. We might have stopped long ago without gentle, scientific based encouragement.
