I was very fortunate to have the opportunity to work with Dr. Maseelall as my primary doctor and Joyce as my navigator. We started at a different clinic but felt like just a number and were lucky enough to find RGI. Infertility is such a difficult process but my husband and I felt that Dr. Maseelall's was the perfect fit for our journey. She didn't just treat us like a number, she wanted to find out what the real issue was for our infertility and give us the best chance at having a baby. I felt like Dr. Maseelall went above and beyond during our journey and although it was a very long, emotional, and at times disappointing process we are now pregnant with our first child and due in a couple of months. Both Joyce and Dr. Maseelall were supportive, informative, patient, and empathic during the downs and ups of the process. I would recommend to anyone. Also a shoutout to Shi at the Independence office. She has the most incredible soul.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with RGI. My clinical navigator (Jillian) is phenomenal, responsive, compassionate and knowledgeable. She gave me much comfort in the year and a half we worked to get our miracle baby. Dr. Zolton is THE most wonderful doctor, she truly cares for her patients and is always available for concerns. She has successfully led us through every step of our journey, including an unexpected surgery! I will be forever grateful to her. We will be back for the next baby!😊

Dr. Zolton and her team are truly top notch. Going through infertility is hard as it is but having her as our doctor made the hard days much easier. She’s patient, informative, extremely diligent, and really tailors your care specifically to you. Her knowledge and professionalism sets her apart and we couldn’t have got through this process without her and the entire RGI team. If you’re looking for an amazing health team and advocate, don’t second guess it - this is your place to create your family! 10/10

Dr. Maseelall and our nurse navigator, Jillian, were absolutely incredible! They were extremely knowledgeable which really helped us to keep calm and stay hopeful throughout the IVF process. All staff that we interacted both in Akron and Canton were amazing and so, so kind to us each and every visit. Cannot recommend this organization enough.

Can I give 10 stars ⭐️?! Dr. Massellal and my nurse navigator Laura are truly angels on earth. From the very first meeting, Dr. Massellal exuded confidence in her abilities and always spoke with such certainty, using phrases like “when you’re pregnant” rather than “if.” She pinpointed our exact issue, outlined a clear solution, and approached every step of the process with empathy and expertise. Her passion and knowledge shine through, and she helped me feel supported and never alone. Laura, my nurse navigator, was equally incredible. She was always there to answer any question—no matter how small or serious—without ever making me feel silly for asking. She checked on me after every procedure or news update, ensuring I understood the process and what the next steps would be. On top of that, any documents I needed or billing questions I had were always answered immediately and handled with care and efficiency. I also want to acknowledge the other nurses in the office. They were always kind, polite, and efficient, making sure I was never waiting long. Thanks to this amazing team, we were blessed to get pregnant on our very first cycle. I can’t recommend Dr. Massellal, Laura, and the entire staff enough. They have truly changed our lives!
