DO NOT go here. This clinic only sees you as a dollar sign. When we first spoke, I was told (in writing, in our chat) that we’d have 3 rounds of IUI if needed. No one EVER said the price would change. Then suddenly, they increased the cost to $2,700 without telling me. When I tried to get answers, I was completely ignored. I called for a week straight asking to speak to a manager—no one ever called me back. I finally found an email from a review and someone did reach out, told me they’d work with me… and then ghosted me. Again. Beyond the shady pricing and lack of transparency, the care is just as bad. We failed our 3rd IUI—no one followed up. No one asked what happened, no one cared. We were just another number on their spreadsheet. I’ve since transferred to Blooms Fertility, where I was actually heard. I told them everything that happened and the pain I was still feeling. They immediately referred me to a reproductive surgeon who found something serious that needed to be addressed. Something this place completely missed or ignored. Please—don’t waste your time, money, or hope here. Find a clinic that actually listens and treats you like a human being, not a paycheck.

I had a wonderful experience at my appointment at the fertility clinic. My nurse practitioner was incredibly welcoming, thorough, and spoke to me with genuine care. She made me feel like a person, not just a patient, and took the time to address all of my needs while clearly explaining everything. She was not only very informative but also incredibly kind. The phlebotomist who did my blood work was just as lovely—gentle, professional, and kind-hearted. The entire office was clean and inviting, and the front desk staff were super sweet and helpful. Overall, I felt truly heard, seen, and cared for. I feel comforted and confident going there for my PCOS and fertility concerns, knowing I’m in such compassionate hands.

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Shapiro and his staff. I have never felt more comfortable during a doctor’s visit before. Not only is Dr. Shapiro brilliant, but he and his staff are personable and warm, and they are ON TOP of their game! Dr. Shapiro spent plenty of time with my husband and me during our initial visit- we never felt rushed. He provided thorough, detailed explanations about the treatment options and didn’t leave any of our questions unanswered. Very importantly, while he was incredibly compassionate, he was also honest and made sure that we left the visit with realistic expectations. Dr. Shapiro restored hope in me and he has made me look forward to the future again after dealing with a tragic loss. Thank you, Dr. Shapiro and each member of his staff!

⚠️ ⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ To all hopeful people looking to have a baby beware of this company. I was provided a coupon by my OBGYN Dr. To consult with the Dr's at reproductive biology to see what my options were in having a baby. When I called to schedule the visit they only offered my a telavisit appointment. Where my husband and I sat thru a discussion with a Dr. She asked some rather generic questions. And consistently suggested I was probably not a good candidate. Although at the time I was 40 yrs old I had a high egg reserve she insisted my eggs were most likely of no good quality, she suggested surrogacy and using someone else's egg instead of my own. She constantly spoke on the cost associated as if we could not afford it. She even suggested Letting someone else have a child from my husband instead of me. I was mortified at her suggestions. Disgusted that a Dr would give such life altering advice with out conducting any testing to support her theories. Nevertheless I ended the call completely hopeless 😔 my dreams of motherhood broken. Looking at my husband broke my heart because he believed everything she was saying since she was the professional. After the video consultation it was decided, I would have a total hysterectomy. My marriage has suffered and I'm facing divorce but to add insult to injury now they are harassing me for money for a televisit which was covered by the coupon provided by my obgyn. This place is bogus and the board of health and medical licensing people should reevaluate this company. I would never recommend this company they are about getting your money not helping you try to achieve your dreams of being a parent. I pray anyone reading this looking to be a parent does there research first, does not take there advice, seeks a second oppinon and finds a way to become pregnant 🙏 I wish my outcome was different 😢 my life has no meaning I'm just taking up space in this world I will never be a mom.........

My husband and I very much enjoyed our appointment with Dr. Lewis. She is so sweet and and really helped us map out all of our options. We left the appointment knowing exactly what our next steps are and that brought us some comfort. Dr. Lewis was very honest about our odds of conceiving through different methods, which we appreciated. I would recommend this practice and Dr. Lewis to anyone struggling with infertility.
