Reproductive Medicine Associates of Michigan – Livonia Office

I just had such a great experience at the new RMA Livonia location. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. I actually got a little lost trying to find the office, and Ashley, who ended up being my nurse, immediately stopped and said, "I can help you get to RMA." It was such a simple gesture, but it made a huge impression. She was so warm, patient, and caring, and instantly put me at ease. The phlebotomist was fantastic—I was chatting so much that I didn't even realize she'd already drawn my blood! The ultrasound tech was wonderful too and explained everything as we went, which made the whole experience feel so much less stressful when you're already in a stressful situation. TLDR: I genuinely felt cared for. Even though this is a brand-new office and they're still working through a few little hiccups, they've already created such a welcoming and peaceful environment. To me, that's what matters most. I'm so grateful for the kindness and support I received this morning. Plus, being able to do monitoring appointments in Livonia is such a huge bonus. Yay!
