Procreate is the way to go to build a family! I had phenomenal experience at Procreate. I’d learned so much how female/male body works of when conceiving and what they offer to help create a family. I was going through personal health problems and didn’t think I could conceive. My husband and I were in the works to start the fertility process and was told I needed surgery from my diagnosis. Miraculously I got pregnant naturally before the process started. If I could more but it’s definitely 10/10 hands up! I am so thankful and blessed the team were very supportive of different obstacles I went through but I want to specifically give shout out to my favorite nurses Chelsey and Lydia, Corrine (front desk), Dr. Katherine Duey, and Stacey Seeley, Labratory Lady, Anesthesiologist Lady, but most all want to give huge praise Dr. Boca. I graduated from this clinic when I was 10 wks pregnant and miss this team dearly. Currently 6 months pregnant with a baby boy (1st child) and plan to come back in the near future if needed. Thank you Procreate Team!

The two stars is because I did have my daughter under their care, although looking back I think it was a coincidence (I was given progesterone supplements which I have been on since and still having recurrent miscarriages). I have been a long time patient at procreate for recurrent pregnancy loss. Unfortunately I felt like a number. Miscarriage after miscarriage and they never did more testing or tried anything different, just kept telling me to keep trying. When my beta hcg was stagnant or even dropping, they would never be upfront or honest with me that the pregnancy was failing, and would give me false hope. One time, even after my beta hcg dropping significantly by a few hundred points in the early weeks, I was told “this would be baby #2.” This was hurtful as it was clearly not compatible with a successful pregnancy, and I miscarried a few days later. The nurses would call and give me conflicting info from what the doctors had told me, including saying I didn’t need any progesterone when the doctor actually wanted me on progesterone injections. I never felt confident in the care I received. My second to last miscarriage at this clinic, I brought products of conception in for genetic testing and the nurse was rude and insensitive, pulling the sample out in front of me and rolling her eyes when I forgot to fill something out on the form. To them this was another sample but to me, this was my 5th pregnancy that I had lost. I have since went to a different practice where they have done more testing and found correctable issues that could’ve been the reason for my 6 miscarriages that was never investigated at procreate. The billing department was most of the time wrong in what they charged, and I would frequently have credits of up to hundreds of dollars on my account that I was unaware of. Perhaps this practice is better for strictly IVF, but if going for recurrent pregnancy loss I do not recommend.

I wish I could rate this place 10 stars, they gave me so much hope on having a chance at growing my family, and I was actually so sad to graduate from them to my OB, because I am going to miss them so much! A huge thank you to Kat and Stacey, they were with me from the beginning and were always on my side, and made me feel like I had a choice in my care plan. I couldn’t speak more highly about all of the staff.

My experience here was amazing!! You can tell that everyone here truly cares about you and your well being. They were always available to answer any questions and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. From the front desk staff, to the nurses and doctors and even the lab techs, everyone was incredible. I will recommend Procreate to anyone.

I had a horrible experience with Dr. Perez at my consultation. He did not answer any of my questions and made me feel like I had no hope without him. I did not want to return but felt like I didn’t have an option because my OB recommended them. I asked the office 3 times for out of pocket costs for services before having them completed and specifically asked for without insurance coverage. I was given 2 different answers. Then, the bill came in at over twice the highest of the estimates. As a healthcare provider myself, the bedside manner and billing department is unacceptable. I discontinued service and transferred all of my care to VCU even though it means a 3 hour drive each way. I am so glad I have different doctors now. The only reason they get 2 stars is because the nurse I saw at the second visit was very friendly and informative. Overall, I would not recommend and I think they are only in business because desperate families think they have nowhere else to turn. Do yourself a favor and do not go here.
