The clinic has significant communication deficiencies: the information provided by the nurses is often contradictory, and I was even advised not to trust the doctors, on the grounds that they are not familiar with internal procedures. This situation leads to unnecessary delays, uncertainty, and considerable frustration, even discouragement. Furthermore, the lack of empathy and the absence of proposed solutions are concerning; problems are placed solely on the patient's shoulders rather than providing personalized support.

I decided to give two stars. It's very rare that I leave a review on Google, but there's a limit to the amount of poor service one can tolerate. The clinic has serious communication problems: the nurses often contradict each other, leading to unnecessary delays and a great deal of uncertainty for patients. There's also a marked tendency to downplay pain. It's not normal to scream in pain during a lumbar puncture and for the doctors to offer no solutions to alleviate it. This experience has deeply affected me. However, I would like to highlight the exceptional work of Patrick, the medical imaging technician, who stands out for his professionalism and compassion. His support truly makes a difference.

With the help of Procrea, we were able to have our two kids. The experience was stellar and all of the staff was lovely. Highly recommend.

The level of incompetence, bad service and bad taste is astounding at this place. It's impossible to get a hold of anyone and when you finally do, and you let them know about your pregnancy they reply with "well, if you have a miscarriage call us back" WHAT the hell is that kind of reply to an expectant mother!? Avoid at all costs.
