They canceled my appointment without warning, without cancellation email, a call to a very busy schedule, slept about 2 to come to this appointment because it is important for me but clearly not even for them, the only answer is sorry, so many clinics in Toronto and in the world definitely do not come to pollin because it is only a waste of time, as a W/W couple that clearly cannot create our family naturally. This is the first great sign to understand that they are not the clinic for me and sincerely for anyone because of the lack of tact in the situation and offered no solution other than to say that it was my fault. 🏳️‍🌈, let me answer your answer, no, you did not send me any cancellation email, they did not try to call me more than once and my service is urgent because a year ago your clinic told me that it had very low counting egg(red zone), so at 26 I am missing the opportunity to be a mom and When I asked your staff what the solution was to this situation, she only answered that it was my fault because on her side she showed that they sent me emails, emails that I never received and that when they showed it to the staff they did nothing, just blame me, a lesbian, alone in a different country that is losing the possibility of being a mom and only wanted to talk about her options, she was treated worse than garbage and blamed in front of the whole room.

I had a really positive experience this week, and I especially want to thank “Fereshteh,” the nurse who did my blood work. My veins are quite small, so blood draws are usually difficult and stressful for me. In the past, I’ve even experienced fainting during the process. This time, however, Fereshteh handled everything with remarkable skill and professionalism. She was able to find my vein on the first try, and despite the large amount of blood required for the test, the entire process went smoothly. Most importantly, I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout, and I didn’t experience any dizziness or fainting at all. I truly appreciate her care and expertise, and I highly recommend her to anyone who may be anxious about blood work. She made what is usually a difficult experience for me feel easy and stress-free.

My experience at POLLIN has been truly exceptional. I can’t recommend this clinic enough! The fertility journey is such an emotional rollercoaster, and the team at POLLIN makes you feel supported every step of the way. From the warm welcome when you walk in from the girls at the reception desk, to the incredible care from the nurses, phlebotomists, ultrasound techs, you really feel seen and taken care of. They have a user friendly app, they return your calls and emails same day (a new experience for me!), they learn your name and provide personalized care. The cherry on top is the space is stunning. Dr. Garbedian is amazing. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and you can tell she genuinely cares about your success. She is extremely thorough and isn’t rushing you through to make more money. She is also so gentle and makes every procedure a breeze. After a difficult experience at my previous clinic, finding POLLIN has meant everything to me. I came here for a second opinion and I wish I had started here! I highly recommend them to anyone going through this journey. Thank you POLLIN!

I truly can’t put into words how grateful we are for Pollin Fertility. I have been waiting to write this review so that I could be a fully graduated patient of Pollin, and here I am! We were under the care of Dr. Garbedian and her incredible team, and because of the team's knowledge, compassion, and dedication, we were able to conceive our first!!! The nurses and staff are absolutely amazing and always there when you need them, even on weekends. We especially loved Alia and all of the wonderful ladies at the front desk who greeted us with kindness and warmth every single visit. Everyone who also works in the blood lab is also SO KIND and lovely!!! The Pollin App was also a game changer, it was so easy to track appointments and I was alway so excited to view results, which helped reduce so much stress and kept me in the loop coming from a type A girl. The clinic itself is beautiful and calm making appointments feel much easier. You would think being mid-town would be challenging but they seriously have the best underground parking which was honestly stress free!!! Aside from this, they are SO accommodating with egg retrieval scheduling to make sure every possible chance was maximized. Literally long weekend, Christmas eve, etc., once you were ready the whole team was in to be there with you. I know this from first hand experience as I had an egg retrieval on the Labour day long weekend! If you are considering going down this route, you will not be disappointed with Pollin. It is certainly an emotional journey and a big financial decision no doubt, but if you are willing to invest in it, this is absolutely the place you want to be. Pollin Fertility changed our lives and gave us the greatest gift we could ever ask for, and we will forever be thankful for the care, love, and support we received. THANK YOU! When I visited the Pollin Fertility Clinic, I felt extremely comfortable from the very first day, thanks to the excellent care and attention I received from the entire medical team. From the reception staff to the nurses and consultants, everyone was cooperative and provided the much-needed emotional support. My Dr. Lih Yeen Tan MD was also incredibly comforting, and I felt as if I had known her for a long time from the very first moment. The most important aspect for me was the emotional comfort I felt with the medical team, and the clinic itself was very comfortable, modern, and clean.
