Palm Beach Fertility (PBF) essentially saved me from another Boca Fertility clinic where I had a disastrous experience. From start to finish Dr. Kreiner and the staff at PBF were professional, kind, non-judgmental, warm, and very efficient. I have had a long fertility journey which started up north at top rated institutions, so I am a veteran at this and I know a thing or two. I can say with certainty that I was in good hands with extremely knowledgeable and capable staff. They seamlessly work as a team and go above and beyond to ensure that the patient feels comfortable and cared for. For example, I didn’t have to solely rely on the portal for all of my communication, the IVF nurses actually pick up the phone and call you like real humans! And they were open to my suggestions and to tailoring my treatment according to my specific needs, which I can tell you is not always the case. I highly recommend PBF Boca above all the other factory-like clinics. We plan to use them again in the future and I very much look forward to it as I love the staff at PBF!

My husband and I visited Dr. Bigelman's office at Palm Beach Fertility Center for routine blood work. We were assured at the time that the tests would be fully covered by our insurance provider, Florida Blue. However, we later discovered that the samples had been sent to NxGen MDx, an out-of-network provider for Florida Blue. At no point during our visit we were informed that the genetic testing would be handled by an out-of-network lab, which ultimately resulted in an unexpected bill of $5,000. After contacting Florida Blue, we learned they do not have a contract with NxGen MDx. I also reached out to Dr. Bigelman’s office, where I was told that part of the bill had been covered by insurance. However, I was advised to contact NxGen MDx directly for further clarification. Despite my efforts, I have yet to receive an explanation as to why the samples were sent to a lab that isn’t compatible with our insurance. This entire experience has been frustrating and financially burdensome, especially since we were not informed about the possibility of additional costs beforehand. I strongly believe that patients should be made fully aware of potential out-of-network charges before any services are performed. To anyone considering Palm Beach Fertility Center, I highly recommend you think long and hard before making a decision. Based on my experience, transparency and communication about costs seem to be lacking, and this can lead to significant, unexpected expenses.

What and how can I say how I feel about Dr. David Kreiner and his team?🥰🙏🏾❤️🫶🏾 My husband and I had the pleasure of finding Dr. Kreiner in our IVF journey as well as his wonderful staff that made our dream a reality. Every step of the way was full of patience, guidance, care and the best bed side manner. I never felt like just another number in their office and every encounter was just as the last—Perfectly attentive. They use a portal that keeps you up to date daily with your progress and calendar. If you need a call, they’re quick to find you to attend to your requests/needs. Dr. Kreiner is super pleasant and such a breath of fresh air when speaking with. Our immediate team included Emily, Eliza, Sonia, Amanda, Gaby and Christine and they were all so so sweet and made the process so comforting. After a fortunate 1 cycle— I am now going on 7 weeks pregnant with hopes for a nice, safe pregnancy and have them all to thank for! Thank you indefinitely Palm Beach Fertility(Dr. Kreiner and team specifically). Baby B loading… September 2025. ❤️

Life-Changing Experience – Grateful Beyond Words! From the very first consultation, our new doctor, Dr. Denker and the entire staff, made us feel completely at ease and welcomed. We had recently changed IVF facilities as a result of a horrible experience at a previous one. We were very apprehensive but heard many wonderful things about Palm Beach Fertility. It was about a 45 minute drive from our home but we were willing to make the drive if it was worth the while - and it was more than ever!! Our first consultation with Michelle was extremely promising and we met Dr. Denker that same day!! Which was such a breath of fresh air. They listened to every concern and explained everything in such detail and with so much compassion. Everyone from the first meeting was so warm and kind and they made us feel like we were part of their family. Not to mention they understood our concerns and did not rush us at all. We then met with Dr. Kreiner - I cannot say enough nice words about Dr. Kreiner. He completely understood our situation and concerns and met us with such a caring and understanding attitude while taking the time to patiently answer all of our questions. He has such a professional calmness about him that made our interactions so positive and trusting. From start to finish, we truly felt that we were in the best hands and care. We would be at fault if we didn't take a moment to thank and highlight the team at PBF. From day one, they knew my "preferred name" and treated us like human beings versus just another number in the patient line up. That was how we felt at the last center so to walk in and be called by name alone showed they cared about our preferences. It may seem so simple, but it made a huge difference in the overall comfortability we had with the facility. Gabi, Amanda, Sonja and Neomi were the best!! Always so supportive and with us every step of the way. They took time to walk through the processes, knew when we were nervous and answered phones when we called!! The moment that stood out the most was when they called with our pregnancy results - it was a moment we will never forget. The entire staff called us on speaker to tell us we were pregnant and we could hear their pure joy and happiness for us - it was amazing and so special. After 2 failed attempts at the other clinic, Dr, Kreiner and his team made a miracle happen!! Not with just one, but with two beautiful twin boys that we are so blessed to have in our lives. The level of care we received from Dr. Kreiner and the entire team was above and beyond anything we could have hoped for. It’s hard to find the right words to express how thankful we are for everything this facility has done for us, but we will forever be grateful for the hope and joy they’ve brought into our lives. If you are struggling with infertility and are looking for a team that genuinely cares, we cannot recommend Palm Beach Fertility enough. Dr. Kreiner and the staff are truly life-changers.
