Had my initial consultation today and Dr Salem was so knowledge and made me feel so comfortable. Honestly was a bit sacred from the reviews on here. I had contacted Letty multiple times with questions about my insurance and making sure they had all that was needed to use a benefit provided by my employer. Letty has been great answering all my questions and very nice upon meeting her today. Met Daysi who helped me with planning next steps and helped ease my nerves. I can understand the negative reviews posted when the desired outcome is not achieved. I can only share my own experience and how hopeful i am to begin this process with that team. Bonus points for celebrating international women's day and giving all their patients flowers today

Aside from them not getting us pregnant….. 1. Dr Salem comes off with a misogynistic attitude. Cutting me off before I could even finish my questions in the consult. I could tell that I must have triggered his ego because when I was questioning the things he was sharing with me he did not like that, although all I was doing was trying to be informed and advocate for myself as a patient. Left not feeling good at all.. 2. they sent us a big surprise bill despite the fact that I sat down with the financial person BEFORE any treatment to ensure it would be covered by insurance. Once Rita tried to charge me $300 for an ultrasound but then later said it was covered by insurance. Tina completely misled me, telling me she spoke with my insurance and I wouldn’t get any surprises that did not happen. Terrible communication and they basically scammed us. The only positive was that Jessica, who I believe was a nurse, was extremely helpful, nice and compassionate. She was great.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this clinic based on my experience with Dr. Salem. Initially, our consultation with him gave us a lot of hope, and he made it seem as though achieving pregnancy would be a straightforward process. However, as time went on, I encountered several issues that left me feeling discouraged and frustrated. There were multiple occasions when I had to remind Dr. Salem of my own medical history, which was concerning given the importance of individualized care in fertility treatments. After switching to a new clinic, it became clear that his approach felt overly standardized rather than tailored to my specific needs. He often provided instructions without offering detailed explanations or discussing alternative options, which made me feel uninformed about my own treatment. Additionally, there were moments when I sensed the clinic staff lacked enthusiasm, with some acting as though they were eager for the weekend to arrive. While I understand that everyone has off days, it was disheartening to encounter this while dealing with such a sensitive and emotionally taxing issue as fertility. I would like to acknowledge, however, that our nurse coordinators, Tara and Akira, were kind and helpful throughout the process. Their support was appreciated. Ultimately, I am relieved to have transitioned to another clinic where I feel more supported and informed.

I had a wonderful experience with PRC during my fertility journey in 2023. Dr. Salem diagnosed something important that was missed by my prior doctor. I wish I came to them sooner. We had success first round of treatment. Communication was wonderful. Even after I “graduated”, I was able to call PRC and they were happy to give me guidance. Thank you a million times PRC, Dr. Salem, Tara, Rita, Akira, and Eiza!

Exceptional Care, Highly Recommended! Pacific Reproductive Center exceeded our expectations in every way. Dr. Salem has a great team. The staff was compassionate and nurses are all friendly so I felt less nervous going through this journey. Thanks to their expertise, we now have precious twins to complete our family.
