Everyone has been so amazing to work with. We are at ease leaving things in their hands. The lady we speak with each time is such a pleasure. She is very personable and beyond knowledgeable without making you feel stupid for asking questions. Point of reference: We have had 5 procedures which required the lab and communication with the lab. Every single interaction was a positive experience, even during extremely emotional times or with not so positive news. We are so beyond grateful for everyone at Ovation!
Ovation started our results as soon as they received them. We were told it would be 4 weeks before we found out our PGT-A results. And we found out in a week and a half!
