The facility is clean and cozy. The staff are all super friendly and pleasant to be around.

The nurses were very nice and helpful. I was scared and nervous but the lady and my doctor made me feel better. This is my first time ever doing ivf procedure and this was an awesome experience. Thanks so much team!

Got excellent care during all my procedures here with good communication method being utilized to ensure that everything is timely and coordinated since there are alot of moving parts and providers that are involved in my care.

Like others have mentioned, the billing department is terrible. The billing department wouldn't contact the lab to verify our storage was empty and charged us an additional month of storage. Calling to initiate a refund took over a week and multiple calls to the billing department. Each time, I was promised a phone call on an update and never received one.
