Can not say enough good things about this clinic. Tahmina, Arina, Shaista and Carlos went above and beyond to accommodate me and my work schedule. They were so re- assuring and answered all of my questions with patience. They really helped me understand all the tests, and the results. I felt like they all genuinely wanted success for me. Can't thank all of them enough for an amazing experience. Thank you all.

Amazing experience with the nurses and all the staff there. They took care of me like I was family. I loved how the results of all the tests were back in less than 24 hrs. Great peace of mind. I also loved not having to wait too long in the reception. They really take great care of you. The communication was fast and clear. So grateful for this clinic.

I have been with originelle fertility for 2 years now, and I was told from every doctor that i wont have kids because of being overweight, but I would like to say that i never gave up and even having a high bmi of over 50, I gave birth to my daughter end of december of 2025! she is now just over 2 weeks and cannot explain how happy I am after 8 years of my fertility journey from 5 different fertility clinics I finally got my miracle baby. ai have had 3 misscariages prior to having my daughter. Thanks to originelle fertility, we ended up doing ivf in 2024, had an embryo transfer in 2024 but miscarried 8 weeks later, I took some time off and in 2025 got two embryo transfers and one was thankfully successful. The first year with orginelle fertility there were staff memebers that were very rude, unorganized and just pushed products on me saying if I did this it will increase my chances by 25%. I spent so much listening to the staff. They took personal calls and when having a rough personal time took it out on the patients. I had to tell the staff when my appoinments were and what had to be done, and they would just say "oh my bad". Then when doing blood work, one of the staff had done a very bad job to the point where my arm had a huge black mark as big as an apple and when I showed them they said that wasnt me. I refused them to take my blood again and instead of appologizing, they yelled at me and said I complained too much. I was going to leave the clinic, but once I came back in 2025 to try again, the staff was completely changed and were very organized and loving, took care of me and addressed all my needs, they didnt push any products on me or promise results. Arina and Tahmina have been so amazing on my journey and gave me so much great advice and support. They are very organized in all appoinments, documentation and very polite. The team is amazing and glad that the changes in staff were made. I cant wait to go visit the clinic with my daughter, and say thank you to everyone who helped me achieve my dream of becoming a mom. Cant wait to try for my second baby and expanding my family even more.

We have been with the Originelle clinic for more than a year if we count the tests and treatments. Even though our first cycle wasn't successful, yet, I have nothing but praise for this team, both in Ottawa and Montreal! First all admin team (Arina and a nurse who was there before her) was kind, flexible, informative, and very organised! It all went by the book with medications and support. Dr. Tahmina who was incredibly kind and also supportive made the procedure seem less scary and explained everything. This helped me so much to calm my nerves. All doctors and nurses from Montreal! The procedures went great and I didn't feel discomfort. I was afraid of egg retrieval, but all went well and doctors made sure to explain every detail. We also ended up having 3 embryos which is a great result they made happen. All in all, I can't recommend them enough.
