I love having a place where it feels like home without home! I’m very doctors scared and they all make me feel beyond comfortable and always makes sure to check on me and my family. Can’t give enough good things to say about the staff!!

You will not find a more caring and capable practice in the Shoals! Their goal is helping women, and it shows! After years of trying to receive care with little to no empathy or solutions, I am so glad I finally found this cozy corner of the world! These women excel in their field! There is also a wonderful therapy practice and massage practice located in the building. It is a one stop shop to feeling better! They also have the cutest office mascot! I’ve received care here concerning birth control and hormone therapy treatment. I felt like they listened to what I had to say and put together a plan based on my needs. I struggled with a recurring issue for over a year that my previous OBGYN had not even tested me for. I spent way more months miserable than what was necessary. Literally my first appt here they had a solution and plan for me to move forward. I trust this practice and will be using them going forward. Their front desk staff rocks as well!

It had been a long journey by the time I moved to the Shoals and found this clinic. I had been to so many places trying to find out what was right for me, and as of recent, a well-known wellness clinic in Huntsville that attempted an aggressive treatment plan that wasn’t necessary. I am otherwise very healthy, but I’m 42 and felt I needed support. I had been too afraid to try any type of hormone replacement but Options was hands down the most knowledgeable about hormone health and wellness. I felt like they understood my problems and put me on a plan to actually feel better. So glad I found them! 10/10 recommend

Susan is wonderful . She is kind and caring . You never feel rushed or like you cannot talk to her . I have been with Susan over 25 years ! Highly recommend !!! If you want a dr who cares , Susan is your best choice !

I finally feel like I can function normally again. I have my energy back, I’ve lost 20 pounds, and I’m genuinely happier and healthier than I’ve been in years. Amy Beth Hall has absolutely changed my life for the better, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a provider who truly listens and cares about their patients. The rest of the staff at Options Wellness are also incredibly kind, welcoming, and wonderful to work with. I’m beyond grateful for the care and support I’ve received there.
