Published self-pay prices through December 31, 2026: embryo cryopreservation/retrieval package $6,995; egg freezing $4,995 plus required $1,000 anesthesia. Medications, required testing and storage may be additional. Initial consultation $195. These are not all-inclusive treatment quotes; request your individualized Cost Letter.

Additional service fees

Controlled frozen embryo transfer $2,995; natural FET $4,495; ICSI $1,495. PGT-A biopsy $1,195 for up to four embryos, with genetic laboratory testing separate. Annual storage $1,250; prepaid five-year storage $5,000. Pricing and outside-provider charges must be confirmed before treatment.

Payment and benefits

The Astoria FAQ describes self-pay treatment, with conventional insurance not accepted and Progyny fertility benefits accepted. FSA/HSA funds may be used. PatientFi financing is advertised, subject to provider terms and eligibility. Outside bloodwork may be billed separately; confirm coverage directly.
