Have had nothing but positive experiences with all of the staff here, including the folks who do labs. My doctor and nurse were wonderful, with my nurse, Dana, always responding to my emails quickly and with compassion.
The team here makes you feel like a person and not a number. I am grateful for my experience with Dr Rossi and her team being very frank with us and our odds. Because of our/my collective experience we have referred family and friends to also seek treatment and guidance here. Words and not express our gratitude for the compassion and care we received, I am still struggling with that articulation of thankfulness.
Not impressed. Would not recommend anyone going here. Billing staff kept not billing my insurance and Id have huge bills left over. They conveniently finalized sending the claims AFTER I left so I would keep coming. Although its perfectly legal, it's so unethical and they took advantage of my desperation. Also, I could sense my doctor was profiling me and judging me from the first visit on. I am a clinician and can pick up on nonverbals really well, so its not me making this up. Please save yourself the heartache, and do not go here.
I am a new patient of Dr. Londra. I am at the beginning of my journey but one thing I don't like is how hard it is to get a hold of the billing department. This truly drives me insane. I've seen several reviews with this same complaint. So whoever is reading these reviews, instead of replying to everyone with the same response, how about you take action. Management needs to make this a priority. This is important to me and everyone else I am sure. I will update my review as I have more to have an opinion on!
The care and attention I received as a patient here at ORM greatly exceeded my expectations. Our doctor is Dr. Rossi but we have also had interactions with the others in the practice and always felt taken care of and listened to during procedures. Dr. Rossi was great, and I appreciated how personalized and thorough our plan of care was. Even when results weren't what was ideal, we always felt like things were explained to us and that our needs and wants were listened to. Nobody wants to have to go through this whole experience of infertility at all, and navigating through all the layers was so hard but made much more manageable because we chose this clinic.
