Dr. Moayeri and her team at OC Fertility were amazing. Her team was very communicative with me and assisted me with making sure we had all my records and documents lined up for a successful first visit. Dr. Moayeri was warm and friendly from the start. I wanted to see her for a second opinion and see what my options were. She made me feel like I wasn’t alone and provided me with hope and reassurance for my situation. I would definitely recommend Dr. Moayeri.

I am beyond disappointed with my experience at this fertility clinic. To say their customer service is lacking would be an understatement. First, they wrongfully charged me for a follow-up consultation, which was incredibly frustrating. Even worse, despite numerous attempts to reach them, I never received my lab results from September. It is now almost March. Not a single response to my inquiries—completely unprofessional. They also failed to explain any of the medications they were sending to my pharmacy. I had no idea what it was, why I was taking it, or the potential side effects, which left me feeling both confused and anxious. But that was just the beginning of my frustrations. The worst part was when my doctor (Sachdev) left in the middle of my treatment without any prior notice; just a complete abandonment of care. I tried repeatedly to reach someone higher up to address these issues. I left multiple messages with the front desk, but I was never called back. It’s as if they just didn’t care about their patients or providing any level of accountability. For a clinic that deals with something as delicate as fertility, their lack of communication and attention to detail is absolutely inexcusable. I would NEVER recommend this clinic to anyone. If you value your time, your money, and your peace of mind, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. They’ve proven to be incompetent, unprofessional, and downright negligent.

I had my egg retrieval procedure this morning and I cannot thank Dr. Moayeri and her entire team at OC Fertility enough. It definitely is a very intense and somewhat nerve racking process but every person at this practice makes the experience so comfortable! I felt really positive every single day I had to go in for a monitor appt or blood. I’m 29 years old and am only freezing to take the pressure off of myself and women’s biological clocks and the entire staff was so supportive & helped me through every step of the way. Dr. Moayeri made me feel comfortable every step of the way! I always was able to see Dr. Sachdev as well and she was amazing as well! Explained everything to me! The process is so fascinating! Also the shots don’t hurt once you get in the routine they’re very easy. More so just time consuming and you need to remember every single one.

Dr. Moayeri and all of her staff are beyond sweet, friendly, caring, and knowledgeable! Dr. Moayeri has an amazing bedside manner who always made me feel at ease during our entire IVF journey…and we have 3 miracle daughters to thank her for!
