Very knowledgeable doctor, kind staff that always makes the visit easy and as comfortable as possible. Nurse always follows up and easy to reach whenever I have any questions. This journey is not easy and I personally had both successful and failed cycles. Now I am a mom of 3, thanks to Dr. Chang, Nurse Yan and his team! We are grateful forever
Dr. Chang is an excellent fertility doctor, the best! He is very compassionate, attentive, warm and caring. Dr. Chang has a genuine passion for what he does, and was always professional and thoughtful every step of the way, giving 100% of himself. I trust him completely!! He is very direct, will tell you the truth, which I much prefer. My husband and I feel very fortunate we had the opportunity to receive the care and love we received at Noble Fertility. You are treated as a person, not as a number. The staff at Noble Fertility were all very warm and kind. I can guarantee you will not find another fertility clinic that makes the entire IVF process so effortless. Dr. Chang’s genuine goal is to have all his patients leave the clinic with successful outcomes. He is very knowledgeable, and highly skilled in his profession. Nurse Yan, I like to refer to her as a ‘fairy godmother’ the care that you receive is like no other. She is always thinking of ways to help! Yan has a heart of gold, and genuinely wants to help all her patients. Her dedication and care speaks volumes, she explains everything in details, your success is her success. This woman gives so much to everyone, she was truly a blessing to us. very very bad experience in this fertility clinic, the Doctor is not responsible at all, and the nurse Yan also not respect the patient's privacy, she answered my question in front of many patients, after IVF embryo transfer twice I have experienced miscarriage twice! I got the result from the Doctor was out of luck !!! please be consider carefully to visit this clinic.
The doctors and nurses here are very good, with good skills, good attitude, and very careful to patients. My two children are 25 months and 5 months, thank you Nobel for letting me be a mother, thank you.
Noble Fertility has been wonderful to my husband and I. Dr. Chang and his staff are great! They were recommended to me by a friend and now I too highly recommend them to anyone wanting to plan a family.
