We had initial consultations with several other agencies via Skype but weren’t blown away by any of them. Eventually, we learned about Newborn Advantage and fell in love with their unique process. Because Newborn Advantage does a lot of pre-work on the front end, they have been able to create a far more efficient process. We may have had an abnormal experience, however the process seemed weeks (if not many months) faster than what we perceive to be the industry standard. Further, our carrier and her family were incredible in every way imaginable - a testament to their recruitment, due-diligence, and matching. Finding Newborn Advantage would end up being the best thing to ever happen to us.
