Ask your provider whether a referral is appropriate; IVF is referred to Walter Reed. Call 757-953-4300 for clinic questions or 866-645-4584 for appointments. Scheduled new patients complete
intake forms. The clinic closes until noon on the third Thursday for training; confirm eligibility, referrals and service costs.
