Nahal Fertility Program

I clearly explained my situation to the receptionist, Simin, before booking and was told the clinic could help. I also mentioned the reason for my visit in advance. After taking time off work and attending the appointment, I was told they do not provide this service. If this was not something the clinic offers, why was I given an appointment?

This clinic was tailoring the therapy to my individual situation. I felt supported and encouraged. I dealt with the same people throughout my visits. All my requests were accommodated. The process was successful and we have our little miracle now. I am extremely satisfied with the care I received.

Negative Review – Nahal Fertility Clinic My experience at Nahal Fertility Clinic was very disappointing. The staff seemed rushed and not empathetic, and communication was poor. It strongly felt like the clinic was focused on collecting the government-funded IVF money rather than providing patient-centered care. Instead of clear and transparent IVF planning, IUI was done without proper explanation. Given how emotionally and financially sensitive fertility treatment is, this level of care was unacceptable. I do not recommend this clinic

Nahal fertility clinic is the reason we have our beautiful family today. Their professionalism, communication and flexibility made for a positive experience. Coming from Ottawa, there were many logistics involved in this process and they were very accommodating. We thank you for making our dreams come true and send love to other families going through this process.

Nahal Fertility Clinic is outstanding! The staff is warm and supportive, and the doctors are knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all your questions. The embryology team is exceptional, and the modern, welcoming clinic creates a stress-free environment. Thanks to their compassionate care, I felt empowered and hopeful throughout my journey.
