Such a wonderful team, thanks to them I have 2 healthy boys. I went through the processes of IUI for my first and IVF for my second and felt very supported. They are fantastic, highly recommend.

I am extremely disappointed with this fertility clinic. We were told over the phone that we would receive a call on tuesday October 14th between 1 and 5 PM and to keep our phone nearby. I even took time off work to be available, waited anxiously, and did not receive any call. I spent the entire day waiting, feeling nervous and hopeful, only to have my time and energy completely wasted. I also sent an email and tried calling the clinic — no one answered. This experience felt very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I expected much better communication and respect for patients’ time. To anyone considering this clinic: don’t waste your time. It’s very disappointing to see such poor organization and lack of follow-up, especially in such an important and sensitive process.

Understandably many people will experience different and difficult experiences with any fertility clinic these days. They are in high demand for many reasons. So I can only speak for myself. What stood out for me during my 1 year+ struggle to get pregnant was the personal connection I had with my doctor. Dr. Mahutte always remembered my life story at each appointment and offered kind and helpful advice even if I challenged it at times. After 6 rounds of IUI we finally decided to proceed with IVF. We did it on a Saturday which I thought was odd but these doctors work on your schedule to ensure you have the best outcome. I am very blessed that it worked the first round and now have a healthy boy. For those unhappy with wait times I negated that as best I could by always booking the first appointment of the day, sometimes 6 or 7am. If you book mid day expect min an hour or 2 wait. Sending good vibes to anyone reading this and I hope they can help you as they did for me.

They gave me a consultation phone appointment between 1pm to 5pm (first of all, that’s a huge gap) and told me to keep my phone close and even confirmed the appointment by phone and email the week prior to the appointment. They NEVER called. I called the clinic 3 times, they never picked up and I even left a message and they never called me back. So embarrassing on their part to leave couples standing there waiting anxiously for hours, just to never even bother calling them.
