I had an appointment with Dr. Nelson today, and he was so exceptional that I had to leave a review. He was calm, gentle, and incredibly knowledgeable about the procedure I was undergoing. When I expressed my anxiety, he immediately eased my nerves with his soothing demeanor. Dr. Nelson has a real gift for patient care, and I couldn't recommend him more highly!

This place was amazing before they closes down and got new providers! I’m so sad to see what this place has become! They can’t draw blood there. You have to go somewhere else and they only have one place you can go to! I loved Dr. Z and my birth experience but I’ll definitely be choosing different care this time around because of lack of communication and so many problems! Limited days doctors are available because they’re just starting up again They are very understanding here and if you have to bring your kid, they will work with you. That is what I still do love about here! Edit: At first, I didn’t wanna put all my info on here but I want other patients to realize the extent of not to go here ! Nurse practitioner never called me back after another ultrasound, after I was told, I had an a Ectopic pregnancy ( I was led to believe I had a doctor Because everyone calls her doctor)! I was left waiting. I ended up getting a new doctor at a new clinic that read my ultrasound results for me! I understand doctors making mistakes, but To never call me back when I’m concerned and leave my family with that stress and worry for weeks is unacceptable! The receptionist won’t even even take messages for you. She just hangs up in your face constantly, especially if she recognizes your voice or number. I think her name is Lou It took me several times to get her name other people calling under fictitious names, Because she won’t listen or give you her name or help. All around there is problems with this practice! They need to be reported! I wish I could leave negative stars for my misdiagnosis and no updates!

Yesterday was a new opening for this location. I was seen by Janita Jade Coffey, APRN. She was absolutely wonderful and her staff are very nice. She was patient and explains everything in language I can easily understand. She made me feel very comfortable during the exam. I will return to this location.

Disgustingly rude call representative/ front desk lady. I don’t know what her position is. The girl who’s working the phones right now as of March 11, 24 @ 1:14pm. She has a disgusting tone of voice and this is why nobody wants to come to y’all. A little bit of compassion when you’re working in the medical field would be nice. If you can’t provide such a simple gesture then find a new position like the police department. You’ll do great there. NOT in the women’s clinic.

I was very uneasy at my 1st OB appointment a couple weeks ago. Went to see who I thought was an OB but turns out she was just a midwife (in some case this would be fine but this is my 1st and I just felt like some of my questions were brushed off). I saw the nurse and the student first then the midwife. The first two didn’t have an issue with but when the midwife walks in the first thing she says to me is “I thought we weren’t trying for this”. Well here we are and I’m very happy about it so that was the first strike in my opinion. I work in health care and that is not something I would ever think to say to someone. Doesn’t matter what you talked with them about 5 months ago. Then we were checking out at the belton location and the front desk girl is going on and on about how tired she is and mumbling about other patient’s appointment types trying to get me booked for an ultrasound. (Unprofessional) The following week when I go to a different office for the ultrasound everything was typical until I go back. To say I was uncomfortable is an understatement. This is my 1st baby, 1st pregnancy and I have also had two internal ultrasounds before this one (unrelated to pregnancy and a couple years apart). The lady was very rushed in everything I was trying to move out of the way of a door she wanted me to go in to change and she’s like NO and rushing me in there. Then she does her thing which was very uncomfortable felt extremely rushed and careless. My visit with her was maybe 5-10mins and that’s pushing it. I go to the front desk to check out and they could see how upset I was the girl made me cry during the ultrasound because of how rough she was. So I know my irritation was all over my face. I calmly asked for my records to be transferred and left. I do not recommend this office to anyone who is newly expecting and no one should ever feel that uncomfortable when you have to expose yourself like that.
