Horrible. Online contacts don’t respond for days. I was sent a coverage sheet that seemed to show that everything was covered by my insurance and my employer up to a certain limit, but they started piling on the charges as soon as I walked through the door. I was never told how much my labs or imaging would cost, and on the day I was supposed to get it done they couldn’t tell me what was and wasn’t covered. They did tell me my imaging was $250 more than I thought, but not until I was in the office after being offered minimal appointment slots and changing my schedule around to accommodate them. This company is a money grab and incredibly disorganized. Corporate perks aren’t worth the hassle. Go elsewhere.

Where do I start! Kindbody has been Kind to me! Seriously by the grace of god my husband and I were able to find out his employer which omg a blessing in itself when I had my virtual appointment with Dr. Mehta went so well I felt heard in every aspect. I felt comfortable speaking with her about recent experiences with Doctors offices. This journey has been so beautiful and stressful at the same time having the staff to talk to with my feelings and questions because I wasn’t able to really express to them the gratitude that I felt/feel! Huge shoutout to Morgan, Meghan, Alex, and Caitlyn. Omg huge support system. Even taking the time to answer my questions when they are not on the clock! So good! Also Alycia with Scheduling just the whole entire team! I felt taken care of and thought of everyone I walked in . Especially driving from San Antonio to Austin. I’m am so beyond grateful I can’t say it enough I know that my babies are in great hands while they bake lol. 10/10 service 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾😌 Update: after 1 amazing cycle to A SUCCESSFUL FET! With everything in my being I wish I can give kindbody Atx 100/100 I’m am beyond grateful and happy that I was able to conceive with this amazing group of ladies! We are over the moon excited to have had such an incredible experience and journey with them can’t wait to share more. I want to give a special shoutout out to the wonderful women at Kindbody ATX. Liv, Toyin, Aylicia. (My garrwalls). Love them they took such great care of me every time I went in to see their faces they were the third reason I kept going back. Lol Morgan and Alex what NURSES! They lived on me they allowed me to share all the big feelings I was having every other time I drove to ATX from SATX . They took the best care for me always! Thanks so much you all mean the world to me and I’m so glad I was able to build relationships and not teel like I was just another patient. 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my IVF process. Happy to report a healthy baby on first transfer. 🙂 They did everything in their power to get me in after finding out I had a cyst to remove it and keep my transfer timeline in tact. Start to finish I started egg retrieval in November 2023 and found out I was pregnant in February 2024.

I really can’t say enough good things about Kindbody -Austin and all the people there who helped me get to today-15 weeks pregnant with a scientific miracle baby boy. The process of IVF is very overwhelming. All of it combined from start to finish. I actually had no idea how involved and consuming it would be. The way that Kindbody is set it up makes that a bit more manageable. For one , ALL my appointments were at one location. From hysteroscopy to routine blood draws to egg retrieval. It was always the same place with the same familiar people. All my health info was in a portal i could access on my phone—daily reminders of what meds to take when, keeping appts (there’s SO many appts) straight, messaging my care team. It was very helpful to have everything all in one place. There were even on call after hrs providers i could call w any and all questions. A nurse even called me on a Sunday to walk me through an important shot. From an admin perspective, that access to help and continuity of care made a tough process a lot easier for me. Another major bonus was the incredible people who knew me by name (they would scoff kindly when i would re introduce myself). Everyone gave such a high level of medical care and concern for me. They were professional, but so warm. I’ve never really experienced anything comparable in a medical setting—feeling so important. I could also list everyone by name (there are A LOT of appts lol) but i don’t want to forget anyone. I 10/10 recommend Kindbody- Austin. Ivf is really hard but the Kindbody systems and the people who work in the Austin office made it considerably easier.

I was excited and nervous going into this process, but everyone was so sweet and easy to talk to. As someone who doesn’t like doctors office because of the sterile and uncomfortable feel of it, Kindbody has such a calming atmosphere so I immediately felt comfortable. They’re amazing at what they do, and thanks to them we are now expanding our family 🥹 Im still in disbelief by how amazing it this experience has been. I’m so thankful for each and everyone that has been a part of our journey.
