I had an excellent experience at IVF Canada, and I am truly grateful for the care I received. Dr. Mahmoud was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout my journey. Before coming to IVF Canada, I had spent almost a year visiting two other fertility doctors and felt confused and disappointed. Dr. Mahmoud was honest and clear from the beginning and explained that IVF was the best option for me without any delay. Thanks to his expertise and the amazing team at IVF Canada. From the reception desk to the nurses, ultrasound technicians, laboratory staff, and blood test team, everyone was kind, attentive, and truly caring toward patients. The entire process was smooth, well-organized, and reassuring. I felt supported every step of the way in a calm and compassionate environment. I highly recommend IVF Canada to anyone looking for a professional, caring, and trustworthy fertility center. I will always be thankful to Dr. Mahmoud and his great team. 🙏🙏🌸🌸💝

I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience at this IVF center. I’ve done multiple cycle monitoring and a successful IVF here, and I truly feel so grateful for the entire team. My doctor, Dr. Auyeung, is probably the best doctor I’ve ever met in Canada. He’s incredibly attentive, patient, and never makes you feel rushed during appointments. He takes time to explain everything clearly, answers all my questions, and truly cares about his patients, not money-driven at all. Even when I was overseas and had some issues, he personally called me back to check in. That level of care is amazing. The reception team (Joanne and Caroline, sorry if I spelled the names wrong) are absolutely amazing. They’re always so kind, sharp, and helpful. Every visit starts off on such a positive note because of them. I also want to give a big shoutout to the ultrasound team. The two ladies there are so gentle, patient, and professional. And of course, the embryologist, Dr. Liu, is outstanding. I got 9 eggs retrieved and ended up with 7 embryos, which says a lot about the lab’s quality and skill. The nurse team is also super sweet, caring, and efficient. Every single person I interacted with here made me feel supported and respected throughout the process. It’s not easy going through IVF emotionally or physically, but having a team like this makes all the difference. I’m beyond thankful and would recommend this clinic 1000%!

have had an excellent experience at IVF Canada. Their morning blood test and ultrasound process is extremely efficient, making it easy to fit into a busy schedule. The front desk staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit so much more pleasant. A special mention to the lady in the blood test centre – she is absolutely amazing! I never felt any pain or discomfort during blood tests, which is something I truly appreciate. Thank you to the team for their professionalism and care. Highly recommended!

It’s a beautiful clinic but the underground parking can get hectic at times because it shared by multiple buildings. Most of the staff here are great, but the receptionist with a European accent could be a bit more sensitive to patients as she is either rushing you or putting you on hold and is artificially cheery even when you tell her you just had a miscarriage and want to speak to the nurse. The clinic is pretty good at communicating, but you do still have be on top of things as some small stuff will get missed at times that you will have to call for. I don’t know if their procedures and technologies are the most up to date, so I think that you have to do a bit of your own research and try to advocate for some things. They have a patient portal but it only seems to show you appointment times and nothing else. Would be more useful if they shared blood test results or follicle sizes in there like I've seen some other clinics have. Overall my experience has been good here.
